Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all detailing services provided by Jet Blanco Detailing GmbH to commercial and private clients.
2. Scope of services
The specific scope is agreed individually and confirmed in writing. Changes require written consent from both parties.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed.
4. Appointments and cancellation
Agreed appointments are binding. Cancellations up to 48 hours before the assignment are free of charge.
5. Liability
JetBlanco is liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract typical damage.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information of the other party to third parties.
